To make this 75,000 points worth more than the $750 cashback, you will want to also hold a Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card or Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card. These two cards have the ability to transfer the points to partners. You can combine your points onto those cards and you can open these cards later if you don't have them yet.

I find Chase points to be most valuable when you transfer them over to Hyatt hotels. I often get 2-4x the cash value of my points that way. But you also have several airline transfer partners as well making these points flexible use.
