Earning the Southwest Companion Pass has been one of our favorite travel tools for nearly free travel.
Every time you travel, your companion will fly for free (no points) plus tax $11-in the US. For up to 2 years if you time it right!
But the strategy and timing of how to earn the pass are super specific so I made a comprehensive guide to help you get it right. The easiest way to earn the pass is by opening a business and personal credit card.
